Lesley Atkinson-Baldwyn - Director
Dip Est Man PGDip OTut MEd (e-learning) MEd (educational studies) MITOL ACMI FinstCPD

Lesley is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the company’s training programmes, research and consultancy work.

Lesley has helped implement online learning in a variety of contexts and has been instrumental in setting up a number of online learning facilities.

She originally studied Estate Management at the University of East London before moving into business Management. She has over 20 years of experience in business. Lesley holds a Postgraduate Diploma in online tutoring from City University and holds a Masters in Education in both e-learning and educational studies. She is currently reading for her PhD in real estate. Her research area is European lease structures with a focus on offices.

Lesley is a member of The Institute of Directors, The World Association for Online Education, The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning and the Philosophy of Education Society of Great Britain. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute, and a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Continual Professional Development.

Lesley is involved in the in-house training and is now also delivering material on public courses.

Bill Rodney - Director
Dip La MSc (Property Investment) FRICS

Bill has worked with spreadsheets for over 25 years. He has built a wide range of spreadsheet models such as: Development appraisals; investment analysis (UK and Continental Europe); risk, simulation and portfolio modelling; break clause and option pricing; corporate finance models, and has worked with PFI models. He is active in research and consultancy. He combines extensive practical experience with a strong academic background. This enables Bill to relate theory to practical applications.

Bill has worked on large-scale commercial development schemes and major urban regeneration projects. He has also acted as a consultant on funding and development strategies for commercial real estate projects. At City University, Bill was a Head of the Department and has gained significant teaching experience, teaching on the Business School's MBA, MSc, MA and BSc programmes.

Bill has a Diploma in Land Administration and gained his MSc in Property Investment at City University Business School. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and was the Technical Director of the Investment Property Forum's Advanced Education Programme for a number of years.

Bill is a Registered CPD Presenter. Being a Registered CPD Presenter indicates a proven track record in training, lecturing and enhancing skills and knowledge. Individual experts and specialist service firms have traditionally been important sources of technical and educational information. Clearly they must be the experts in their own fields, and industry has always turned to them for expert advice. As a trainer or a lecturer a Registered CPD Presenter plays a vital role in enhancing skills and knowledge.

Michael Lister - Relationship Director, Clydesdale Bank and Consultant to i-analysis training

Michael is Relationship Director for Clydesdale Bank and a Consultant to i-analysis training. He is also the Principalof Michael Lister private equity.

He is a Chartered Surveyor who went into banking in 1979 and has been involved in lending on property on various projects of all sorts, both investment and development throughout the UK.

He has lectured widely on matters relating to property and to property lending and also on European economics.

Robert Fourt - Partner, Gerald Eve and Consultant to i-analysis training
BSc, MSc, MRICS

Robert is a Partner in the Gerald Eve Planning & Development and Structured Finance teams, based in London. He has been with Gerald Eve since 1986. In the mid 1990s Robert managed the firm’s Polish operations. He has provided advice on a variety of commercial property throughout England and on mainland Europe. Robert has specialised in the field of development consultancy including project co-ordination, strategic planning, financial analysis, feasibility studies and the funding and bringing forward a wide range of schemes on behalf of public, private and corporate clients.

Robert’s experience has a strong transactional base particularly in devising practical solutions to complex property issues and the subsequent structuring and negotiation of associated documentation. He has also dealt with major acquisitions and disposals of real estate, together with land assembly and advice upon many development schemes. Increasingly Robert has been asked to advise upon the risk associated with investment and development projects and how this can be quantified and managed. This has involved advising and applying various modelling techniques including VaR, simulation and real options analysis. Robert is a contributing author to Applied Risk Analysis (pub. by Wiley Finance 2003) and a forthcoming book on Real Options (ed. Johnathan Mun, pub. Wiley Finance).

Robert is an experienced expert witness who has provided evidence upon financial, viability, and development matters.

Christine Wise

Christine joined i-analysis training in 2006. She has overall responsibility for the logistics of all courses run by
i-analysis training ltd.
